In the Leading SAFe course, you gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. You learn how to establish team & technical agility, organize around the flow of value, execute PI Planning events, coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs),  adopt a customer-centric mindset and use a Design Thinking approach to agile product delivery.

 

Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a Certified SAFe® Practitioner.

In the SAFe for Teams course, you gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what you can do as a part of a team following SAFe to effectively perform your role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. You learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute Iterations, and plan Program Increments. Finally, you learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to integrate with other teams in the program effectively, and what it takes to improve the ART continuously.

 

Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a Certified SAFe® Practitioner.

The SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager course enables you to develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise by becoming a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). You gain an in-depth understanding of how to effectively perform your role in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through Program Increments. You also get to explore how to apply Lean thinking to decompose Epics into Features and Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, and plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments.

 

Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager.

Certified Scrum Product Owner® professionals have been taught the Scrum terminology, practices, and principles that enable them to fulfill the role of Product Owner on a Scrum team. CSPOs are typically the individuals who are closest to the "business side" of the project. They are charged by the organization to “get the product out” and are expected to do the best possible job of satisfying all the stakeholders. CSPOs maintain the product backlog and ensure that everyone knows the priorities.

A Certified ScrumMaster® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project's overall success. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications, and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as “servant leaders,” helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions..
